That is definitely a rare one. During that time, 94-96 they made the SD I, II , III and IV with the 'ballsack' headstock so not to irritate Fender....this one snuck out with the Fender version lol. It's got the right neck plate for the period too. I had a IV which was a nice guitar, a little different than the 80s USAs in that it had 24 frets, koa body with bound Maple cap and gold hardware.
Nice axe and that's a good price with the market the way it is today.
