So, lately I got rid of a bunch of guitars...and only have 3 in my possession.
All 3 have floating bridges and I'm looking to get one with a hard tail.
Most importantly, my #1 is a 6 strings Schecter Custom Shop from the Axe Palace. It has a Keith Merrow Neck Pattern.
The neck is labeled as Thin Fast C, not exactly sure if the imported Merrow have the exact same neck pattern as the USA one...
My requirements for my next guitar are :
- 6 strings
- Hard Tail (no floating bridges)
- A neck pattern similar to the Merrow neck (6 strings), so C shape, thin.
For instance, I find the Mayones Duvell too flat.
The Jacksons Speed neck too thin and too wide.
The regular Jackson neck too wide.
The ESP thin U too bulky.
Aristides too small.
Yeah I'm picky... but for me it's all in the neck! Everything else is "bolt on"
And yeah, the Keith Merrow USA signature would fit the bill and I'm somewhat close to pulling the trigger on it, but I'm looking for other options!
