THE BEST was when Brad King was owner of Cameron amps and had Tremonti come into the amp room and demo a CCV.
Brad’s all mid-life crisis gone wild looking and turning the adjusters, Tremonti wasn’t too impressed.
He stops playing with a smirk on his face and just hands the guitar to the dude next to him, gets up and leaves.
On his way out Brad told him he could “get him one”.
Mark just smirked again,
-as he walked the fuck out.

I just happened to see this (I think its the video to which you are referring) and I'm not sure Tremonti was impressed or not. He played a bunch of Tremonti-sounding stuff while Brad (your description of him is good) was turning knobs and trying to explain the amp. I think the best part is where Tremonti says "Its too loud to play." LOL. I bet they had that thing cranked in that small-ass hotel room.

Big tremonti fan, and he’s a great dude overall. He’s been doing the Sinatra stuff I think for Atleast a few years now I believe? He does an entire show every year right around Christmas time here in Orlando, down at the dr Phillips center. I’m tempted to go this year, should be great.
