saw it. liked it. they need to make a next gen with older dudes. that would be challenging: how is metal dad still metal? :m17:
 
Still can’t believe halford with that bead. Really looked metal god. Haha
 
I didn't realize Guns N Roses and Tom Morello are metal lords..
 
Yeah, I think Morello has a producing credit on the movie.

He is a great guitarist and highly educated, I am just not a fan of constantly inserting politics into almost every conversation. In my personal opinion, and regardless of political affiliation, music should be an escape from all of the division, and not played on top of a soap box. Like Mr. Willy stated before, it was refreshing that there was no "wokeness" buried within the story line.

Yeah the movie came across great. Glad it wasn’t a sellout as well. Loved how the guitar player stole his dads credit card then busted’$19,000 dollars?!!!’ That made me bust out laughing ?

Indeed.
I actually found the lead guitar player kinda unlikable for 2/3rds of the movie. Even those preppies of the other band were way more chill when he basically broke their keyboard and shit.
My wife liked it too and had to laugh real hard about the 'I like being squished'... "that's written by an adult!"
 
I just watched it. I liked it a lot. I thought it was cool. Anyone who knew metal could get into tit. They obviously involved people who know the genre. I was also glad the woke crowd was left out.

If any of you reading this haven't seen it, give it a go. It was entertaining. :cool:
 
Watched it last night with the wife. It was entertaining. I was hoping Halford was actually going to sing for them in the Battle of the bands. Would have been crazy.
