Older 2 channel Dual Rectifier with the standard Rectifier mod, upgraded output transformer, and push/pull gain boost. This one is using 6L6 power tubes.

Man that sounds great! I love these amps. A lot of tones in those boxes.
I love my Triple Rec. it gets most of my playing time these days. They're heavy but musical.

should be called the captain crunch mod ..... crunchy! i like it alot and i hate rectifiers! sounds useable now and tight

The original Dual Rec....still one my favorite no-fuss, workhorse amps. I had bought this 3-4 months ago from a board member. Had him send it to Jerry before shipping overseas, just to check it out really. Good thing, as the OT was fucked and hitting on 2 cylinders, instead of 4. So, I had Jerry order up a new OT, take his time with it and do what he wanted to with the amp in terms of mods, just to open the amp up a bit.
From the clips, sounds like he did a fantastic job with it. Thanks Jerry....

That sounds great!!!!! I was just playing my FJA Metal modded 5150II. I like the 5150 but love my FJA modded 5150. It is now clearer and simply better sounding. Total blast to play through.
