Yes, thats how I hear it too. Super aggressive yet coupled with copious layers of even order harmonics in the high end that make it sing. Thats my layman explanation. So much gain as well.

That may be the best sounding clip I've heard from you yet and is one the very few clips that actually does the IIC+ sound justice!! I have a IIC+ HRG and it's the best overall amp I've played for my tastes. I wanna now get my mark iii colieum blue stripe modded to C++ specs if that's still possible

Thanks man, only the other owners of these Amps can tell how close I got it or what I missed. It's really hard with a newish V30 and a SM57 to get the air that pushes and the low end oomph these amps have. It's a much bigger sound in person.
I didn't even touch the controls on this video, maybe on the next one I can sweep the sliders and roll some knobs.

Clip sounds great. Using Boogie V30's smooths out a little high end.

I typically run my vol1 and treble around 8, bass 2, mids 0, lead gain 7, lead channel 3 and then adjust master to taste. Presence at 4. I pull the following knobs: treble, master and lead drive.

Sounds beastly Rez. Every time I try to play a Mk series Mesa, it's a let down. Some of that's on me since I don't know a bunch about them. But I've even gone in with "the settings" written down and been underwhelmed. I love the tones when I hear others play them, but I've just never got it to work myself.
