Sounds fuckin' awesome!
Μπράβο!
Σε ευχαριστω! You know Greek ? haha
Parakalo. ;)

A little bit; I've been to some of the islands a few times, Crete (couple of times), Rhodos and Kos and thoroughly enjoyed the easy going vibe of the people.

Congrats! MkIVs are a TON of amp for the money these days.

The clean channel takes od pedals really well. Put a BE-OD into it and boom, there's your Marshall flavor.

I am thinking of doing that with the Rhythm 2 channel. Or better still, just run a Marshall amp via a load box Line Out into the effects return of the effects loop, with R2 set to switch on the effects loop automatically when you hit the footswitch.

I'm not into metal much. But I am into the Mark IV. I have had mine for a number of years. Great amp. Very versatile. Tons of great tones in it. Each of my guitars likes a different channel. My Strat sounds best on the clean channel (with a pedal), my SG sounds best on channel 2, and my Les Paul thrives on channel 3. Weird but interesting.

It's really cool to see how each Mark IV owner uses their amps. Some really neat posts in here.

I played on my Mark IV last night s few hours. I am thinking about pulling out the boost and overdrive pedals and see what I get.

This time I am using the VFE dragon as a clean boost - Slayer riffs

Nice Slayer medley! So that’s what they would have sounded like through Boogies! Great tone, nice and punchy.
Thx man! Yeah haha, nothing wrong with their Marshall tone but IMO the mark series put most marshalls to shame
I loved their Hell Awaits and RIB tones, but after those I always wished they had a bigger, more aggressive tone.

I did the other day with great results! Clean boosted it with my Maxon OD-9. Turned my gain back, gave it a little more bass, and a little less mid on sliders 1 and 3, and it was awesome. Gave it even more grind and growl. Won’t be the last time I do that.
