That looks great.

Clips?

I have not made a clip of anything in a while... I have a really killer Cannon mini DV8 video camera that works killer for clips... My wife gave me a newer hard drive sony camera that it cool for the hard drive but really sucks at sound audio compared to the cannon...

I will dig it out this weekend and try to roll somthing...

DIBS AFTER RYAN! That thing looks fantastic. CLIPPPPPPPS :)

This amp looks AMAZING! I wonder if dude had anything "special" done to it seeing as he worked for Mesa ?? For an '07 to sound that good, must be something unique under the hood.

I would think no matter what, no one will admit to anything if in fact some extra mojo sauce was sprinkled on this puppy at the Mesa factory. The guy was very cool who sold it to me... We talked for a while on the phone when I got the deal going and I shared with him some of my tastes and opinions on amps, tubes and what not... He said he was impressed with my domain knowledge and said I shoud work for Mesa... lol No lie!

The would be my dream job for sure... I don't think I could make my current pay check there though... but what fun it would be to design some serious bussines and work flow based software systems for them and work around all those tubes and speakers all day long!

He asked me to keep his name under wraps for obvious reasons and has worked in artsit supoort and done alot of other things at Mesa...

The amp has Mesa 430's (Sovtek WXT+) in it which are by far my most favorite Mesa tubes... I have not check the pre amp tubes yet but what ever the case this amp is the mother of all keepers for me. Just the fact I scored it from a Mesa employee is pretty fat in and of itself...

Looks awesome...let's hear it.

I've never heard a 3 channel that does creamy, smooth gain as you describe....must have internal mojo! \m/

Holy sh*t that's hot. I like the white/cream logo on the chrome unlike the old ones which had a black logo.

I have to imagine that if it was owned my a long time employee, that it may have gotten some "magic" parts (for example from the old "holy grail" revisions) and is not just a fancy looking Dual Rec. The only time I could get smooth was from an old 2-ch DR that I wish I still had. That thing had some ridiculous mojo.
