Yes and thanks for the reminder. I know about the limitations of those cheap units but my first thoughts was to get into NAM without having to be connected to a computer as I did spend too many hours with the standalone software and my computer.Most of those cheap pedals do their own conversion to a lower quality format than original NAM, or they are starting to use NAM A2-lite. If I went this route, I would at least look for something that can do NAM A2-full, like the Sonulab or Dimehead.
If Fractal is joining the NAM club and these could be ran with a AM4 or FM3, that could be a very interesting solution that doesn't break the bank.
