I had a new amp and cab day too. Randall Warhead for $175, and a brand new Mesa 4x12 straight cab, sounds killer! The Warhead is cool, not exactly my cup of tea, but for $175 it was a steal IMO.

If you decide you dont want that Warhead PLEASE let me know.....

Modules are great, never had a problem with them, and cheap enough if you did fuck one up, easily replaced.

Plus which modules would they use for a regular head? too many to choose from. ESPECIALLY when you factor in the Egnater upgrade.

And I'm ordering one of these friday to keep my modules nice and safe.

is the lynchbox tonally different from the regular MTS heads or is it just cosmetic difference?

LB comes with E34L power Tubes and RM comes with 6L6 as far as I know thats the only other difference.


I wanna find out if I can run KT88s in it.

the silver one has 6L6's in, the metal grill has el34's. KT88's just need rebiasing right?

Yea, and rebiasing is EASY!!!!

I'm gonna have to order some KT88s

I got some KT77, I'm thinking about trying a pair of those with a pair the E34L......hmmm
