Thanks man! Yeah especially the mixing was rough for me for this one. Trying to fit everything in, that sort of thing.

In the end the keyboards and toms had to make way for the rhythm guitar - sometimes thats the way it goes

If you have a kemper, I have profiles - no captures, though.

This was a combination of larry, rectifier orange channel, and peavey 5150 for the leads

Thanks man, I mixed some rectifier in on this one and it felt a little sloppy but I tried to integrate it

Nice work Dan. Reminds me of the “pinnacle of an 80s movie” where the protagonist is preparing for the final battle.
Also, reminds me of the SEGA game “Raiden” while hammering the invaders; for those that remember that game.
I enjoy the harmonized solo around 3 min mark.

Sweeeet! 3 of my favorite amps Larry profile that’s !!! I do have a Kemper Bought it off a buddy who needed some funds for a QC. Theres quite a few profiles/rigs on there. Maybe we could do some exchanging I need to ask: What’s your preferred method for recording? Double or Quad tracking? Maybe a bit of both in the same song Getting a bunch of mixed opinions on panning as well.. so much confusion..

I always do at LEAST quad tracking, and sometimes do 6 or 8 tracks of rhythm guitars

Every matched pair means you can use less gain, which means more clarity and more punch
