I have finally found two Prestige Rg's that supposedly both have the "Wizard Prestige" neck profile , that I love and they both actually feel very similar to each other (for a change).
I cannot get along with any of the necks that Ibanez has been using that are later than 2012, they ae all too thin or have no shoulders.
I recently had a Poison Pumpkin 1550M that I really liked but my band mates hated the color of it, so when this Phantom blue one popped up on Reverb I went for it.
The 1550M has a duncan distortion.59 combo, no tone pot but a coil tap instead. red Bishop Magik Arm, I may swirl it I just saw a blue swirl on FB that looked really cool.
The Rg1420F hs a TZ/paf pro, 3 way switch with a coil tap on the volume pot. Great sounding guitar.
I feel comfortable gigging both of these.
