Hey
I've logged a ticket with TwoNotes support but thought I'd try hear to see if there is anything I'm doing wrong which might fix the situation,

Use my Torpedo Reload this morning before work and all was good.

Came to turn it on again this evening and nothing. No fan, no power, no lights coming on. Nothing.
Thought it might be the power lead so tried the one that powers my pedal board power supply and still nothing so its not the cable or the multi socket.

Any suggestions or is it completely dead?

Is Two Notes technical base in France, so if it has to be sent back I'll have to post the damn thing back to France?

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Most likely, you need to change the fuse which is just under the IEC power input jack (in the same housing). You can use a dime to open it. The fuse is a 1A Slow Blow 5x20mm fuse. T1A250V. You can go with a slightly larger current fuse without problems, say a T1.5A250V.

If you bought the unit in North America from an authorized dealer, please pm me if addition support or service is required, if not please use the Two notes help desk and they will assist.

Hey
Thanks for the info again. Trying to get those fuses now.
Couple of questions. Got my Reload in the UK, so I'm guessing the fuses are the same globally?

Is there a temporary alternative I could use while I'm waiting for the slow blow fuses? I'm struggling to get them quickly.

Thanks in advance

Matt

Those are easy to find in the UK. Try a local radio or music shoppe.... Also the fuse may be a different value for 220V operation, there's a sticker below the power inlet. The are online electronics outlets in the UK with fast and easy shipping Farnell for one. Google UK electronic parts

do not replace the fuse with a wrong value, gum wrapper, nail etc. The fuse is there for a reason and bypassing it puts you, your Reload and your surrounding possessions at risk.

:D Awesome responese!

Thanks for your help. Got it sorted.
I checked the local hardware store (old-school place with loads of boxes of stuff) and they had them.

Thanks for all your help. I know it's beyond your market boundaries so it is massively appreciated.

Keep well.
