I'd love to try one. I watched most of the clips the day they were released. It does indeed sound good.

And Channel 2 is modeled after a JCM model of the 80s....... Specifically so you know what that means....

In lo mode your going to get a standard JCM...... 80s tone, and flick to hi to get a modern version of it. I'm not sure but I think these offer up to 6 if not at least 5 gain stages too for more power, gain, juice and headroom as well. Maybe it offers a full 7 gain stages but I doubt as that is what the Lynx 50 is for.

I mean these things are just great, love my Lynx 50 and the quality, sound, tone and feel of these are totally worth it thanks to the top quality components they use, they are built a couple towns over from here in Anaheim in Costa Mesa CA and these overbuilt transformers are amazing. Also it feels great to buy MIA/Built in USA

And for the price, yeah its not cheap but you honestly get more than your values and moneys worth.

I imagine this one will be even more popular than the standard Hot Cat 45 or the Lynx 50 and those are already popular and sell fast.

The cabs and speakers are amazing too and love my Lynx 212 cab, great speaker and ohm choices too for what it is and hard to ask for or find better IMO relative to a 212. They also have a new 412 coming out.

This is the clock to which you speak. Better learn it now🤣

Do you work for bad cat?….
No, just love the amps and love that they are
made in America and Built in USA here locally in Orange County, CA.

Just a fantastic product and yeah these things are worth it and amazing.

Meh…it’s no JCM 800.
Yup.....

Actually better one can say and modern....

Not made overseas or out of overseas junk, trash and garbage....

Better Built/Made.....

Better Quality.....

Better and Top Shelf Components....

Better in every way.......

Made in America/Built in the USA too........what ain't to like :dunno:

Its got that chunky tone thats more hard rock but can pass for metal. Something that I may be looking to add to my arsenal.

Let me go look up the price...

Ooof!

Alright back to the drawing board!

Where were they built again? It is hard to remember as you have only said it three times in five posts. Maybe make the font more bold when you say it

Yeah, $2700 for a 1x12 combo. I can buy two SF Twins for that kind of money and make at least one of them into what amounts to a brand new amp and it's a 2x12 with 100 watts. Tbh if I was in the 2k range I'd be looking at a Fender 57 custom HPTT.

Why buy two vintage SF twins when you can buy two current production SF Twins that are better for the same money..... One could argue the same given the price of Peavey 6505 + or the EVH 5150 100 Watt models...... Just saying.....

Anyways not even the same and different horses for different courses :dunno:

New SF twins (I'm assuming you mean the "Custom" series by new production SF twins), are wave soldered pcb pieces/ribbon wired hunks of junk by comparison that btw are still running 2k EACH. $2199 for the '65 TRRI. The new Fender blackface amp line is not on the same level as classic 60's-70's Fender. Not sure where you get the idea they are "better" but you are mistaken on that one.
