grilled these chicken thighs up last week when it was 20 degrees. Dry rub.

Made a sausage egg and cheese "breakfast pod" (casserole) for my weekend cabin trip with a buddy. Supposed to hit 70 degrees. May do some fishing too. Swiss cheese on bottom. Shredded cheddar and some bacon on top.

No pictures to share currently - brown liquid isn't quite the standard Southern Living cover photo.

But working on adding in the right spices with apricots to a marinade for homemade chicken jerky. I'm not a cold-weather camper, but the season is around the corner and it's time to hone the travel recipes again. Checking in on this subforum will be good fun.

I'm a bit of an expert when it comes to aquarium species but definitely not as far as sport / game-fishing goes.
