6'6 and 230, but the wife is actually making me run and go to yoga...yuck! I am almost 6'3" and weighed in about 212 a few weeks ago. I just need to get off my ass and do some cardio and trim up. Problem is the air quality here lately has been complete shit and I have been living on inhalers. I would really like to try some mild jogging but i'm afraid I'll drop dead from an asthma attack 3 blocks from my driveway.

I'm just about 6'0" myself, weighed 205 in March (never was 200 in my life), down to 170 as of today.
