Phase 90 suggestion

I have the MXR custom shop 99...honestly picked it up for other things but it gets mighty close to the VH thing too (a happy bonus lol).

Have you seen Curt Mitchell with the old red DOD Bud Box ? Holy shit, that thing has it in spades too... I have one of those, a DOD 201 (Phase 45 clone), an 80 MXR block logo, the red white black EVH, and the Whirlwind...the 201 and the block logo don't have "it", but the red DOD, orange Box, and EVH all do a great job

74 custom shop is the only way to go if you want that sound.

Skreddy 'Little Miss Sunshine'. Great pedal and gets damn close IMHO. Plus the knob on the top is friggen huge, which gives you the ability to adjust speed with your foot. Very cool pedal.
