Seeking Amp advise for SoundGarden Tribute Band.. I'm in!!

Drummer is great for sure. I think he is a good singer and was very surprised to learn he is just a little over one year post throat cancer, chemo and radiation. Already back on stage belting it out.. maybe not perfect.. but I'd say he is doing great and likely still recovering to full form.

I think the singer sounds good, maybe not spot on but more than adequate for the job.

Thanks!! Lots of great input. Did Mesa do away with the "Multiwatt" Dual Rectos? I dont see them on Sweetwater site. They have 90's and Badlsnder only? Is the 90's Recto reissue worth the extra scratch versus the multiwatt?

In my experience a 2204/2203 or JCM800 and a AC Booster gets a killer Kim Thayil tone. Add a fuzz for the heavier stuff.
