We won that game!
Our party is making the country better!

Your party fucked up taxes/health care/ immigration!

As far as sports go, "we" didn't do shit, you say on your couch and ate chips, slammed beer, and wasted your time rooting for a bunch of car jackets in tights...

As far as politics go, "we" voted in the right people, they are going to unfuck the government/country/etc ..

There is definitely a parallel...

The sports "we" talk shit and don't actually change the outcome of the game...

The Political "we" talk shit, elect in "our" people.....and yet nothing in the country changes....

It's hard not to talk politics as the entire world today is politicised...sport is about politics too today.

Look on the bright side...you see people for how fucked up they are because of it.

AND, it's only going to get worse in 2026.

Forgot to say...go the Bills and if the Jaguars win the bowl I'd also be good with that but I really want Josh Allen to get his much deserved ring. Best and most consistent QB in the game today.

It's a good feeling to know there are others that share your view and to know who doesn't.

Unfortunately, it's looking like the country is irreparably divided, and the only solution is separation.

What's also hilarious and pitiful is both sides support and talk about the flag, July 4th and Thanksgiving and yet division is abundant. A country and its observances is all about a unified people because that's what a country is supposed to be...a unification of its people and yet it can never happen and is quickly getting worse as each month and year go by.

There is a large percentage of people in this country that want it to be a different country and they are willing to take it.

There is no middle or common ground to stand on. We must separate or fight each other, there is no other solution.

It's working out great; people here post news and information I may miss, and I try to do the same; we share information about what we see going on. I don't argue, I discuss my thoughts with others and they do the same.

I do troll and ridicule the woke, useless idiot, libtards in OT; most of whom seem to be quieter than usual of late. I'm not wasting time arguing with libtards, but it can be an entertaining break from doing things that matter to me.

FWIW, I argue more about guitars, gear, and music in the main forum than I argue politics here....
