port city cabinet vs Fryette FB412...?

any good ?heard the city cabs are ported but no idea what it does... anybody experienced the port city cab and FB412? which is tighter and darker ? but i know FB412 slanted is darker and tighter than orange cab... maybe its the speakers ?

The Fatbottom cabs and Port City cabs both are very well constructed. The FB cabs have Eminence P50e drivers in them that are made specially for Fryette. They have a fairly 'flat' response. To this day those cabs are still one of my faves. I don't have experience with a Port City cab, but I hear the Wave cabs rock! There's a baffle down at the bottom that helps project the sound back up to the guitar player (helpful in certain live situations). It's a really cool and unique design.
