Looks like Lynch's work on the bandsaw to me. Price isn't high enough though.

I like Tyler guitars, they remind me of the women's work suits from the 80's with the huge shoulders.
 
I played a Despagni Jem at a guitar show years ago. It was something like $550 and was the worst piece of shit ever. I couldn't bring myself to pay for it, even though I wanted it for the Vai factor. It sucked hard. It was actually pretty nice though, but that one was a dog.
