That's terrible that your insurance didn't cover it, most of the times I just see the insurance ask you to come up with a similar model and give the coin for that. A lot of the gear I have is not currently in production, so if they did that to me I would be screwed.

Right around $2K depending on where you look. Really, I'd be happy with a used one in De-Purple finish for around $1,200, that is, when they come up every now and then.

the pricks tried to up my payments too (thanks to being considered a viable target for thieves) well not anymore coz the runts took the lot didnt they

Esp iron cross-
If anybody sees or has one for sale please let me know. I played one 3 yrs ago and loved it but my funds was low at the time.
I found one about a month ago but the guy wants 10k for it and thats too much, the few that i have seen over the years sold for 5k to 6k.

I'm right there with you man. It's one of the few guitars I'd consider trading my Ouija towards. There's a guy from Italy selling one on eBay. His asking price is a reasonable $13k. I asked him if he would trade for the Ouija. His reply, "Yes, but you have to add cash." Guess I'll still be gassing.
