You guys go commando, or use click?

I use free backing tracks drums or drums and bass, but mostly use one of my drum plugins, microtonic; you can program patterns, chain them in any order, and have each pattern repeat as many times as you want...it's one of the oldest plugins I own, well over 12+ years and counting:

$99 and free upgrades forever; 3 week trial also available.

they also have a random pattern generator, if you find one you like you can download it, and edit it / customize it yourself: (there are thousands of patterns going back over 10 years)

I drum as well but playing guitar to a click sucks so i have been experimenting with tapping the basic beat and song i have in my head into SD3 on a midi pad and then can edit quick as needed or copy/paste parts and then play my riffs or song to the drums that go with it vs a boring old click. I find i can get lost between click notes, easier to stay on top of a kick and snare.

In a pinch I've gone to youtube and entered a tempo with a drumbeat and used that.

I just play along to a song I know. especially Nile Rodgers stuff.
easier for me to practice time and no gadgets needed
