PRS Tekton - a PRS for modern high gain

I went to PRS factory for 3 private stock builds last year. I asked the production team at the factory for 1) luminlay side markers, 2) a 16" radius, 3) stainless jumbos frets, 4) direct mount pickups, 5) with triangle mounting tabs, 6) I wanted a hardtail, 7) offset fret markers, 8) 25.5" scale. Essentially this exact guitar.

They did the luminlay and direct mounts, but I was told 1) eat a dick on a different radius than what come standard on the guitar, 2) no stinaless frets and no jumbo frets at all, 3) no triangle mounting tabs. It was amazing what PRS would and would not do to customize. I ended up with 3 PS holcomb guitars since it was closest to what I wanted. But I will say I am salty about the specs on this production guitar since they would not do this for me haha. Also, 2 of the guitars I ordered were only finished within the last month so they were making these specs parallel to my builds.

@japetus might like the T-Bone guitar, ES-5, 25.5" but it's full hollow.

I had a similar Reverend model with 2 P90s. PA-1. That thing smoked!

I think these look nice, but I cant do thin wide D shaped necks.
I liked the wide-thin on the custom 24 SE quite a bit. Not sure if that counts as a D shape. None of the letters manufacturers use seem to make a damn bit of sense at the end of the day.

PRS pickups.
PRS shape.
FR1000.
Bolt-on.
3k.
GTFO
LOL, and you are a guy who loves his PRS stuff!!!

Nah, I'm a Gibson fanboy through and through. To an absolute fault, so I don't have much room to criticize, but you won't see any fucking birds over here.

My bad, I was confusing you with member neubywankaneuby. He has some really sweet PRS axes.

I hate guitars myself, freakin junk.

Reminds me of Serenghetti Guitars. They created this body shape 20 years ago. It looks like PRS merely rounded the horns off and brought in the top bevel carve just a bit, and made it a bolt on neck. There's a few slight differences, but it looks like they drew a lot of inspiration from the aforementioned brand. Serenghetti Guitars are one piece guitars that are hand carved to order from one single slab of wood by a master luthier out of Florida. Big difference there. But Serenghetti is the OG of this shape.

Did I tell ever tell you I once tried out for the Minnesota Vikings? They turned me down because I was too strong and fast.
I heard you could get a job with them as a kicker as long as you only missed field goals when they were needed to win playoff games.

The Vikings didn't want me as a kicker either, because I would kick the ball clear out of the stadium. Did I mention I have huge hands and feet?
