Putting out feelers

@Techdeth about the cheapest single family home I can find for rent in the general area is about 1100/mo over in Lockhart. Lockhart/Luling are the more affordable areas. It's more expensive out in my area....cheapest I could find in my area was a double wide on my street for $1400/mo. Absolutely no one would give a crap if you cranked your amp. Even if it was at 3a.m there are no noise ordinances out here.

It's pretty sad considering I rented a double wide out in big money Wimberley back in '11 for $850/mo.

How’s the whitetail hunting around ya Von?
Really good. I dont even have to register my kills here. Five tags=30 bucks

I am centrally located. Feel free to leave your gear here safely with me while you hunt for a new home. You can even stay here if you need to. I will only charge 1 lesson per night. Otherwise, I feel you have a good foot hold on the situation. It is always good to get your feet wet before diving in. If you are going to put a nail on the head make sure you have the right tool for the job. If you stay in Ohio you will just end up toeing the line.
Same offer stands for Central Florida!

Ohio sucks. Did college plus almost 7 years there. Shit weather, always grey skies or rain or snow.

I’d move to Texas (and did)… but Arizona or Florida works for me as well.

Austin is great to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there. If I were moving in, I’d go to Dallas. I’m currently in San Antonio… since that’s where the job is. It’s gotten much better in the 23 years I’ve been here (moved from Dallas). Low cost of living but more small town in comparison to Dallas and Houston. Can get to Austin in an hour
