Well, I do not own a Fortin amp, but here is the Synergy module

1) with poweramp sim on
2) poweramp sim off
3) a somehow "comparable" "real" amp

All of them sound good. The JCM sounds a little warmer but could just be setting variations, but splitting hairs.

I liked from most musical to least 3, 1, then 2.

1) Needed to have the ultra highs dialed back a bit - somewhat ice picky to me.

2) sounded like it was missing something - didn’t sound right

3) sounded the most musical and balanced. The voicing seemed more natural.
