Relic guitars, faded jeans cool, or tan pants ghey?

Relics are pretty cool, some are a bit over done, but the feel on a good one is amazing.

I wouldn't purposely seek out a relic but don't really care either way as long as it doesn't look terrible (eg, a lot of Suhr relics look actively terrible).

I buy a lot of used guitars and those come "pre-relic"'d in a way, so it's just whatever.
