Page is still using his Yardbirds gear at this point.
Shortly thereafter he was using a Les Paul. He also used better amps.
My fav period was around 1970, when he was using Hiwatts w/ Marshall cabs.

I'm currently reading their biography and is so good. Has been out for a while but just now reading it. The documentary is good as well and it is crazy seeing people sitting down, confused etc during those early shows and then them being huge within a year or so.
