Dude...sweet!!! After years of following this endeavor, it's awesome to see the end product. It looks cool as hell and sounds great from the clips that I've heard...what more could a person want?

Have any factory seconds at a deep discount? ;)

Funny you should ask! I actually have the original boards that I cut traces on and installed shielded wire to fix the oscillations and I was thinking about putting an amp together around those boards at a serious discount with a prototype head cab that is 1/2" more shallow that I can't use for production because the knobs come past the lip. Boards are killer, work fine and have 95% of the changes to the finals, they are just not production perfect... Might be the ticket for someone wanting one cheaper... I was think I'd do this for $2K or so... we'll see...

I was thinking about this last night when I couldn't sleep :) The amp looks great as is but how cool would that look on a darkened stage if the cherry bomb cutouts were back lit up cherry red? It would be instant brand recognition from a far ;)

Well, now that the prototype is (IMHO) flawless and sounding exactly like I wanted it to, I'm done messing around - it's about getting these out in the market. I'm in the midst of my first production run already. I've ordered a shit-ton of custom transformer, headcases, switches, already got tons of amp and footswitch chassis... Website will launch as an informational site with no inventory available for sale next week. I expect to have ten amps ready in time for the LA Amp Show in October where I'll be launching the company. Also waiting on 3 4x12s for me for demos/shows/personal use... (I'll be selling those as well, of course). When the 10 amps are ready, I'll update the stock on my website so people can buy 'em. I'll send out a notification on Facebook and Twitter and hopefully a few folks will buy 'em. If somebody buys one, it ships out to them the next day. No deposits, no waiting list, no pre-orders. Just buy one and get one. When they are gone, I'll guage the market and do another (hopefully larger!) run and sell 'em the same way...

More behind the scenes will go on of course, but that is the main plan. :)

Cool! And to everyone else, I really wish people who have signed up for my Facebook would also sign up for my Twitter feed. At the launch, I'll be sending lots of live pics from LA Amp Show, as well as build pics, cab pics, all kinds of stuff. It is also how I plan to notify people when I have a batch of amps ready to buy...
