Wizard MCII MKII and Henning Cherry Bomb video

Decided to do a little comparison clip. In room iPhone recording.

I do not have them dialed to sound the same, but rather what sounds/feels good to me.

I know I didn’t play the exact same riffs….was just noodling.

Love both these amps. The Cherry Bomb has been my number one for pretty close to 15 years, but the Wizard is right there. Amazing amp IMHO.

Cherry bomb has that upper mid grind going on which seems to stand out. Wizard has more of a scooped sound going on.

I think I prefer the Wizard here. Excellent comparison clip!

Cherry Bomb ftw. i remember he was picking MC’s brain in the wind up of that amp and i can hear some of that dna in it.
