I already have a Hot Plate :gethim: Where was this amp 10 years ago before we all bought attenuators?

That thing sounds kinda nasty..___ I would take a Carr Mercury first.. Love Suhr stuff usually..

There has been a lot of talk on here lately about best looking amp or how ugly the Kemper is and I normally don't get caught up in that. I'll buy any amp that sounds great. This one is no different, though I will probably walk up to it backwards when I want to play through it. ;)

Is the line out compensated to sound like a speaker or the amp signal for DAW cab sims?

The line out does not have any kind of speaker simulation, so you will have to use the cabinet sims in your DAW, which is a super flexible way to go with all of the great cab IR's out there.

Something to note, is that the line out is POST power amp, so you are getting the full coloration of both preamp and poweramp.

I agree with everyone saying this amp has a really cool vibe, fair price, and has me quite interested! I know this isn't supposed to be a mini-recto but I too would love to hear how high gain it can get both with and without pedals.

Pete posted that last night. Fantastic sounding amp.

It sounds great. But can i record with that line out in a way similar to an axe fx?

Also, I wonder how this thing handles extreme metal stuff. I play almost everything, it seems perfect for the job, but I have to try it out myself. Just have no idea how it'll sound playing death metal, which is a component of my sound. Very curious to test it out.
