Having owned all of those but the Marsha

....I'll comment anyway
The Ecstasy- it's a darker amp, and definitely has some good stuff going on; the blue channel boosted is great, but the compromise in eq between the two channels always left me wanting...couldn't get the red and blue to do what I wanted, at the same time. Solid choice, but not my favorite.
The PT100- Great amp! One of the best clean tones ever, and the gain is by far my favorite of the Suhr (CAA) stuff I've tried. The gain can go from mild to wild, and with the negative feedback control, and whomp, you can get a ton of different feels. The big downside for me, is that I couldn't get it doing what I wanted at lower volumes, but it's a tube amp, and that usually comes with the territory.
The CCV- I like the flexibility of the first channel; it can be set up as dead clean, or can go really heavy...nice feature. The voicing switches and the various clipping modes let you have a lot of variety on both channels. The second channel can go a ton of different ways, based on the configuration of the clipping, bright switches, and solo master (with it's own clipping selection switch.) The master is very good for a tube amp, as well. The newer ones have midi, if that's important to you.
All in all, the feel of the CCV (combined with the other features) make it the winner for me, but that's as a stand alone comparison, not how it would blend with the Marsha.
In reality, I could be thrilled with any of those amps in the right context; they're all successful for a reason
Also keep in mind these are just my perceptions, and all too often, YMWV.
Hope it helps a bit.
