Congrats on your son!

My fav amp now is my 5153 and a Jetter dirt pedal in front to cover RR to EVH.

When my daughter was little, she enjoyed singing along to me playing acoustic. That is a fun time you both won't ever forget.

Congrats, man. Best to you and your wife. My go-to amp is my Bogner Ecstasy. It's my first real "boutique" amp and I'm in love with it... covers all the ground I could want and has put a stupid grin on my face ever since I bought it. :D

Congrats man. You are a lucky dog!!!

My go-to amp for the past 6-7 years has been my voodoo modded DSL.

Not much to tell really because all has been said already. SLO all the way since the day I bought my first. GAS has been kickin' in since then but at a much lesser rate and the SLO wins every time.

Warren Haynes is my big "tonetemplate" and is has taken a while but I'm getting closer and closer. Fat, fat, fat :)

Congrats man! I hope everything is well for your wife and yourself!

My main go-to amp right now is my Triple Recto. It sounds great, and does everything I want it to! The rack setup I have it with now is great, and the whole rig is just perfect for my needs!

Super congrats dude. I know the "amped up" feeling well. When my wife and I had ours, I didn't sleep for 36 hrs, I was so wired.

And I'm loving my Mesa Mark III ATM. It's surprising how an amp made in the 80's can hold up to modern sounds so well, like A# gug. :D

Congrats!! Hope all goes smoothly! Remember whatever she screams at you during the contractions, she doesn't really mean....

I'm loving my Krank Nineteen80, just works so well in a live mix. Whole range of tones just by twisting the Vol on the guitar, sustains forever.

Congratulations Man! My wife gave birth to our second on the 11th.

Right now and for the last few years the amp has been a Blankenship Variplex. The amp has been tweaked be Dave F. with his Custom 45 mod but I use it as a stock Variplex 98% of the time. No matter what other amp I try I just keep coming back to that amp for the response and tone.

Congrats on being a dad again!

CAE 3+SE and a Soldano SM-100R for me. I'm on my 2nd SM-100R, but I've stuck with this basic config since the CAE 3+SE came out. It works perfectly for me - the three sounds I really want out of a rig are blackface cleans, marshallesque crunch, and modded marshall/modern high gain. That's what the CAE delivers, and I've never found another amp that gets there. Many get close. The Shiva has the cleans and crunch. The Lucky 13 and Suhrs the cleans and high gain. Lots of modded marshall type things have the crunch and high gain. But the CAE is the only one that seems to do it all.

Bone stock 2006 100 watt DSL. It's the amp I gig with currently and it's very flexable. I run the green channel in classic gain mode with the gain dimed and hit the front end with an SD-1. It was also dirt cheap so I don't really worry much about drunks fucking it up or druggies stealing it from me to sell in order to fuel their habit.

HANG IN THERE MAN!!!! Been there twice already - front row center!!!! What a trip!!!!!

My go-to's oscillate between the Hagen and the 20thA X. I know, I know...but seriously I can't have one without the other :dunno:

Congrats, I have a 4 year old daughter, who turns 4 on Wednesday & my second (& last!!!) on the way now, due August! It's a game changer, but in all the best ways!
My go to amp, the one I have been searching after for years & finally own & LOVE...the Friedman Naked. 2 channels, no bull. It's much darker & smoother than your typical marshall & isn't very saturated at all, but man it does the chugging stuff oh so well & when I kick over to a lead, I get none of those harsh high frequencies I've heard on oh so many amps. Plus, the cleans are just so simple & straight forward, no messing around, volume only. Boom. Plus, the amp takes pedals really well so I basically consider my rig a three channel setup, I have the first channel via the GCX only the clean, the second clean plus an overdrive just to beef it up a bit, & the third is that full on smooth heaviness!

congrats ! i have 3 kids ages 6, 3 and 1 , they are amazing.....i am playing a blackstar ht5 through a genz benz 2x12 gflex cab right now....i suck at guitar but just have fun with it...plus the blackstar is cheap enough that if the kids destroy it it won't kill me to replace it.....i'm really gassin' for a 5153 50 watt and the new carvin legacy3....but ...when it's all said and done....my wallet will force me to keep the blackstar and not upgrade i'm sure....i mentioned i had 3 kids....expensive little boogers lol.............enjoy your new bundle of joy ! God Bless

TSL100 because i'm too poor

it's all in the fingers anyway :gethim:

The one I seem to use most is a marshall Superlead modded by bray. It's got the dual masters which makes it great for leads when playing out.

Congrats on the new little one!
Mine would be a Fortin Cali++, best sounding amp I've ever had, hands down

Congrats on the new family member!!!

My current go-to amp is a Friedman Marsha (Brown Eye). I got it for the hot-rodded Marshall tones which it does extremely well (not as gained out and compressed as some other takes on hot-rodded Marshall tone that add a smooth Boogie-like character to the tone and feel) but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it does clean and semi-dirty tones as well. I'm currently using it for a blues gig and loving it.

Congrats on the new addition!!!

My go to right now is a Marshall DSL50 that's been Fortinfied
