@Monkey Man are you a Karnivool fan? Did you listen to the new album? Please share your opinion if you have one.

I am not a huge fan, but listening to the new album I found a couple of moments in the first three tracks that "Went there," and got some hair standing up. Ultimately it's very well done serious guy rock, which at time I am a very serious guy, but I also know that this brand of rock has limited reach / commercial potential and won't get many girls at the gig.

I've got most if not all their previous albums, in part 'cause they're Aussies (unless I'm mistaken).

The new one didn't grab me but who knows maybe after repeated listens it will?
