I don't mind cilantro, but sparingly. It doesn't take much to overpower the other flavors.

Not bragging, but I have 64GB of RAM in each of my primary laptops (3) and desktops (2) and 3 1TB NVMe installed in each as “data” drives (separate from the 2TB SSD O/S drive). I have at least 10 1TB NVMe drives in the storage cabinet along with several 4TB external USB 3 disk drives - can’t trust SSD drives stored unpowered for long-term backups. All data is scripted to sync across all computers, which are at different homes. Quick backup to external SSD, Robocopy to USB 3 disks and store in multiple offsite locations (f#^% the cloud). I have a 24 port Gig switch with 12 wired drops for my internal network, so it’s pretty speedy. I’ve been in IT a long time

I can take it or leave it. My go to leafy spices are basil, oregano and dill.

More competent than me without question. It's just that we love the stuff here and so piling it on doesn't make us feel like it's overpowering the other seasonings. My old lady makes a mean venison taco and the cilantro really makes it slap even more. Consider we will use basil as the main leafy greens in our salads. I'm weird (you knew that), one of my favorite fruits is just raw lemons so my version of overpowered is probably radically different than yours.

100%. I still have some oregano and basil in the freezer from the last time I grew it. It works fine, but there's nothnig like fresh clipped.
