The best guitarist I know has a Create Blue Voodoo as the only amp he owns. Phenomenal player ..... his gear and life is a mess.

Right, gear doesn't mean much if you can play. He can play some notes or whatever, but for him to say he is a professional teacher, or anything professional musically for that matter is just ridiculous.

HOWEVER, this guy is a bit out there; I'll give you guys that. I'm playin the devils advocate here as that seems to be what I do in life, but how many of you guys that are ripping on ole crispy here posted a vid or 12 for the world to see?

I will not post any until I feel comfortable with my playing, that might never fuckin happen, is this kid full of shit? 100%, should he teach professionally? FUCK NO, let alone would I let my kid be alone with him in the same room for anything let alone guitar lessons. But while he is arrogant he had the balls to show up to the stoning, take it like a man, and post videos?

I dunno, maybe he's got a case of the downs? who knows. I did laugh a lot today though on his account.

I see your point .... but I do not treat people that are handicapped any different than anyone else anymore. I feel it is wrong to do this in any way.

I do not think this is the case here to be honest. He has already proven himself to be a better entertainer than 98% of us. Sure his playing is not all that great .... but he is very entertaining.

We really need this guy on this forum ..... for variety if nothing else. Someone invite him here. I am sure we could all learn something from him, what that is I would not guess ?

Not to derail the thread but I could really care less about this Chrispy guy but that Crate Blue Voodoo head is not a bad sounding amp at all if dialed in right. I know someone famous was recording with one in the 90's but I cant remember his name right now...
