I've done a couple of these in the past, and surely others have too, but it's time to answer up boys....what solo art thou working on?

Currently, it's Eyes Of A Stranger by Queensryche; the best solo on that album.

Learned Stranger Than Love by Harem Scarem last week; super melodic and fun to play

Gonna have to shed it a bit before I can reliably nail the solo every time but I'm prolly 95% there

Vonny, no one here is capable of playing that slowly to fit in the theme of the backing track. Plus, that isn't a solo you're working on, unless that's the backing track you're using to compose a solo, in which case, it counts....but you gotta name it and then publish it so we can go get the tabs for it.

I'm improvising over it. Most of it isn't slow. So that's the solo I'm working on; whatever I want mine to be at the moment. Whatever I feel in my neo-soul.

I’m working Jason Richardsons solos on the 2 periphery songs Nasty and Aviator . His tech niche is incredible but he ZERO feel . So on the feel side I’m learning Sky is Crying by SRV note fir note to show my blues soul for @VonBonfire

My local tone fest group has been thinking about trying to get Pete Lesperance to come to one of our future events.

I’m working on reversing alt picking patterns on all my faster runs. I’ve decided they sound better when I start on an up stroke when ascending and a down stroke when descending. My picking hand is so confused but it will catch up lololol

I've been working on the solo for Love Song by Tesla. (Playing it at our next gig.) Sometimes I like playing the soulful leads more than the shreddy ones.
