I received email from Fractal Audio Systems stating that Tone Merchants hasn't been meeting the requirements to be a distributor, and that all shipments are on hold. Judging from Juggernaut's communication with someone from TM, it doesn't seem like they're aware of the situation either.

What kind of crap is this ? Tone Merchants is the ONLY Fractal product distributor in North America. How hard is it for Cliff to warn Brad or Rob about any issue?! What "Requirements" do they need to meet ? We've paid for these AxeFX IIs 5 months ago.... Cliff ALREADY has the money from TM for most of them? If he won't ship to TM for these then he should ship directly to us. This is simply unacceptable.

The FA List and Bribe stocks are sold full throttle with no required deposits while we're waiting like a bunch of morons being told to fuck off and take a chill pill because it's taking ridiculously longer than it should and we dare asking about it.

Someone is not doing his job properly and someone else is f*cking with us. I don't want apologies or excuses or made up reasons, I just want what I paid for a lot longer than it should have been. It's not too much to ask to not f*ck around with customers who pay a shitload of money ahead of everyone else to get something on time is it ?
 
I'm real close to saying fuck it and having Brad take my cash and put it towards a Cameron.......
 
I'll copy it here since the email contains some other business between FAS and myself. If anybody is in contact with people from TM, pass this along so it can get resolved. I've also paid the full amount, but will probably inquire about a refund soon. The waiting and confusion has been too annoying, although I'm certainly not blaming Tone Merchants, they're all great people to do business with.

Shipments to Tone Merchants are on hold for the moment. We have certain requirements for dealers and they are not meeting those requirements so shipments have been halted until they conform. We have to do this to protect our own financial interests.

If you wish to cancel your order with them that is between you and them.
 
this is insane wtf , i wonder what changed from there first delivery , till now? hasnt tm been selling fractal for years ???
 
Just emailed Tiki, asked her to confirm, if so, I think I'm gonna go with the Cameron....fuck it.
 
I hope this is a misunderstanding between the two companies.

If no then .......I told you! Unreliable, full of ulcers and leaving a war zone. Just forget about these guys and get the KPA alternative or the original from TM.

I hold off on negative comments in the hopes of not being "blacklisted" (further), and now this. Fractal was just hangin with TM!
Eagerly, impatiently waiting for word from TM on this now... if someone gets through first, please post.
 
I am not worried if Brad can fix the Cameron
Amps . I am sure this is pretty simple
I am confident TM will resolve this quickly

Originally I thought I was going to have a ownership position in Tone Merchants/Rack Systems but it did not come to be as our negotiations broke down. So I am out of the inside loop when it comes to Tone Merchants products and Fractal although I do speak with Rob frequently and we are partners in other business start ups and all is cool with us.

If you have any questions about Rig-Talk.com, Cameron Amplification, Diezel Products and King Guitar I am the guy and send your messages my way...

I texted Rob and asked what was up and he said all was cool with him and Fractal and he is expecting more units shortly.

Once again Rob and Dave F are my partners in other business ventures and we are solid, I am just not in the Tone Merchants business with them. I am locking this thread for now before it spills out of control.

If you have any direct questions as to your order or when you will get your gear I would suggest you just email Rob directly at rob@tonemerchants.com.
