Most definitely but you can compensate for that when using a boost. Ronni used a boss od-1 and the Bf-2 before the amp and I find that when you do that, it cuts down some of the bass and stiffness.Code001":3jsa5yvg said:One thing I noticed about the BF2 trick is that the tone is quite a bit stiffer and less forgiving. I had it the other way around... Guitar -> BF2 -> Boost (MIJ SD-1 or OD808) -> Amp.![]()
Need to try it your way.
