Plugged in my Granger last night. Had no sound. Smelled something burning and found this. This amp was just shipped so there is a possibility that the tube wasn’t seated well. Question is, do I put another set of tubes in and see what happens or get it to a tech?

You can try scraping the carbon off and gently cleaning it with some alcohol and replacing it with another tube. Is it scorched under?

Pull the chassis, look underneath & see if there are fried components before you fire it up.
If you're not comfortable with that time to bench it.
Check the fuses.
