I think Pettyjohn is super underrated imo. The pedals are pricey, but they are damn good and I think that is what kinda prevented him from really taking off. It also does not help that he really scaled things back when it comes to production, and many of his pedals have been discontinued, however my eyes are on his EQ pedal since he now has a bass option.

Our friend Waynzo at Griffin Analog of course!!!

I would add that Spaceman has made some pretty awesome stuff, so has Gamechanger.
I was pretty intrigued by the Griffin klon pedal with the bass setting.

I’ve had a couple spaceman pedals. The Sputnik III was cool and the glitchy sounds you could get out of it was wacky.

I had the game changer light pedal for a good while too. That thing was so cool….

Yeah the additional bass and treble controls seemed like a great add on to a basic Klon.

I have a Meridian. It's a modulator so it can do crazy sounds or a lush chorus but I use it for an extra light doubling effect.

Yes! A band member of mine has one. I was very impressed with it. I actually think Waynzo has one, so you know it's probably pretty good.

A buddy of mine was intrigued when I told him about the light pedal. He really likes doing ambient stuff with delay and reverb, so he ended up getting one and he loves the thing.

The new Chiron 3.0 is insanely good !!

I highly endorse the GameChanger Light Pedal !!! One of my favorite pedals !!

The Spaceman stuff is pretty sick too !!

I am still intrigued by the Chiron! What’s new in the 3.0?

now you can manipulate the treble and Bass frequency caps ..... I have the options attached to rotary pots now ... plus the ability to completely remove the buffer and make the circuit True by pass if you want ........... this is a huge feature if you're using Fuzzes or other pedals that don't sometimes agree with the Klon buffer .... LED or stock GE Diode clipping ..... plus separate clean and gain controls ....

Chiron Deluxe was probably better for bass .... it had guitar / bass switch .... that changed the circuit to let more lows through .... I couldn't fit that option on the 3.0 and still make the upgrades I wanted ... if someone wanted one specifically for Bass I could build them one with the change for Bass ... it just wouldn't be switchable

The Chiron Deluxe is the one for bass. I fucking love it. The bass switch adds so much girth even when the gain is low. I use it more for gain staging as a clean boost into the Omega Bass Drive and it crushes, especially when it's set on the edge of breakup with a hint of gain.

I was (am) reluctant to get the Chiron 3.0 simply because the Chiron Deluxe was so good on bass. I still really want to try it, but how can it possibly improve apon perfection? The Deluxe just slays.

Man I gotta try it. Right now I’m using a tech 21 vt rack preamp into my trace Elliot v type that I run pretty clean. Kicking in some dirt would be great so I don’t have to walk up to the amp to adjust the preamp gain would be great lol.

Lovepedal.

If you get on those SNS sales you’re getting hand wired boutique pedals for $85-$250.
