Got my Cab today. I watched them pull up. There were 2 guys in the truck; the driver and a seasonal helper I presume. The helper carried the cab in his arms to my step. The box was perfect. 'Cab is great and made the journey unharmed.

Cab showed up last night. With a good sized hole in the side of the box. Good thing the seller re-used the original packing materials which saved the day. Cab looks great. Bogner makes a killer 2x12.

Yeah going through a UPS damage claim right now. They make it extremely non easy to not only file a claim, but the details they want you really have to bend over backwards to prove things. Not that much fun, but it’s still not as hard as Covered California/Medi-Cal. So much fun dealing with them over the last 4 years.

I think it is regional. As an example, USPS is terrible in my area, UPS is good, FedEx is sketchy. I know the lady and guy that deliver on my route over the years and when I know they are showing up with some shit I ordered that is over 20-30lbs I run out and over to bring it in the house. I think they appreciate it, especially the lady. One day she asked me, what the heck in this box? I mentioned a 2x12 cabinet. the 4x12's really got the odd looks. I remember that shipment a very heavy wizard head and cabinet. WTF looks from those guys. I think it was Fedex.

They’re all the same. Sat home all day waiting for Amamzon Logistics to come, only for them to miss the 8:00pm deadline then 20 minutes later get a notification that your package was delivered, but it’s not there.

I bought a pedal.....USPS Priority 2-Day air.....I got it in 5 days

Ha don’t get me started about paying for expedited shipping one to that’s the vendor sit on it for a week.

A year ago I had an overnight shipment to China for the Blue Man Group for six speakers. Fedex in China, or China Customs (somebody, not sure) lost the commercial invoice, the customs paperwork, the declaration, all of it.

26 days later it finally got delivered to BMG, in another city 1500 miles away due to their screw up. I had to fight for four months to get the shipping costs back to credit BMG.

I think this is the worst I've ever experienced with Fedex.

In 2007 with USPS I shipped out 12 Scumbag Golf shirts to the Scumbag Golf Team in the UK, a local golf group there which travels all over the world to play golf.

USPS lost the shirts, had to get them remade, and shipped again. 17 months later the shirts come back to me from UK Royal Post (Mail?) which had lost them in customs. Yes, I got the insurance money, and USPS told me to keep the shirts, cuz they got paid by Royal Post for the loss.

It seems my biggest problems happen with overseas customs offices. Granted, I've only shipped out about 1100 shipments in 14 years overseas, but I thought I had it down by now.

Guess not. LOL
