After listening to it again and again I think that's very close, if not it.

That's why in my original post I said the VH Version.

The original lyrics are pretty different from the VH version. Outside of Ice Cream Man I didn't think there was much the same.

No they are pretty close IMHO. If you do a search on John Brim Ice cream lyrics there are only a few changes in some of the transcriptions.

in every live version i've heard/watched Dave always slurs over that line just accenting the high "ah" at the end. i think it's supposed to be "i got good lemonade..." but it sounds closest to "i got puddin' and banana..." (which is how i always sang it).
