Haha I just plugged it straight in and played it.
Only unfortunate thing about it is that the text for Channel Insert is missing the Insert bit.
I asked Mr. Diezel about it and he said he'd send me some tubes as a forgiveness gift

I've just got it plugged into a Marshall 1x12 with a 70/80 in it. I have no room for a 4x12!

Haha thanks!!! I'm waiting for some vintage speed knobs to arrive. It has the last of the reflector knobs before they switched the Custom's to speed knobs.

I've got one of those as well. It's a 2010 model.
I'll be selling it soon I reckon. These older ones suit me better with the slimmer and stiffer neck.

Nah not yet man! Einstein needs a new pre amp tube. Since I've had the VH4, I haven't even thought about the Einstein! Hahahaha

From memory, the Einstein seems a bit less in your face. Maybe a smoother gain, but dial it back a bit and it gets a bit crunchy.
I can't quite remember so hold on until I get both going.
