He has 3 acoustic drum kits and an e-kit. The rest is "mine".

And why does he have three kits? He needs to sell the 2 extra ones and get you some more amps. Drums are not necessary "stuff".... they just take up room that you could put some cool stuff in.

He has a nice Sonor Delite kit that he wants to sell but I won't let him. He plays Star Classic's live and has one that is bubinga and one that is birch/bubinga. They sound different so he keeps them both. I had to find a good spot for him to store the extra kits though. They take up a lot of room....

Well if you want a drink stand, I got the perfect idea. you can use one of the drum sets for a drink stand. I know a drummer who bought an extra floor tom and only uses it to set his drink on and I am not kidding.

I'm just messing with you. It's a beautiful place to work. I've had terrible rehearsal places in the past (no a/c, etc.) so I know the blessing of having a nice place to rehearse and record.

Moving sucks! My whole body hurts. Still have lots of stuff to move from the old house but the big move is done. Working on getting my office, jam room and work out room put back together. Bed rooms, kitchen, dining room and living room were first... Back to work...

When I moved down to Florida it was a pita, we got down to Tampa, and the furniture was a few weeks late, and then moving everything in was even more painful, since the jam room is on the second floor here.
