What’s this about? Synergy

A couple of months ago I bought a new JVM 410H.. loved it but the transformers were loud so I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement's transformers were a little loud but I was willing to deal with it.. then it just stopped working one day so I had to send it back. It is the best sounding amp I've ever played but I'm not taking a chance with Marshall again.. I hope Synergy does the JVM because they will do it right but I want the Crunch, OD1 and OD2 channels... not sure if they can do that.

Maybe buy a used one. Crazy, I have a first year run that's been my main amp since that time and one from 2013 and zero problems. Knock on wood.

Really? I thought for sure that it was going to be the Rockerverb. Buying tomorrow if it is the 800.

I did. Sounds great! For me, I prefer the 800 over the JMP for what I am looking for. Both are great though and the JMP has its place and will stick around.

Good to know.. I've been waiting to see if any of the new 800 modules would come up for sale used but I haven't seen any yet. Usually by now, most of the other modules would have several listed for sale on the forums.

Exactly the same for me. The 800 is actually my favourite Marshallesque module and boosted, it does high gain surprisingly well.

I got an 800 also, and I like it a lot. The BE-Dlx and Killer Kali both have the smoother Plexi thing going on, and the JCM800 dont have as much of that.
