What CAN'T you do on guitar?

Is there any technique, no-matter how much you try, you just can't get a handle on it?
My personal list is a long one-

1. can't alternate pick
2. can arpeggiate chords properly
3. can't chug open A (ala every Ozzy tune)
4. can't hold pick properly (3 fingers) which in turn means I can't double-pick lines or passages

I've heard you play, this sounds like exaggeration or downright misinformation.

I’m good at playing it in a certain way, and that way doesn’t involve any of those techniques, which I really can’t do well at all
