I think you can reset your IP buy shutting down your wireless router for 30 seconds.

The guy who just purchased my TC2290 told me that he was banned for listing an item for sale as new... He then reposted it as "never used", and that AshkeNAZI bastard banned him!

Oh, I'm feeling rowdy today! :boxer:

Did that already, I'm clueless right now on why in the hell it's doing this.

Did it tell you the IP address? What happens when you go here - http://108.168.144.156 ?

Nope, it did not give me the IP.

When I try the IP direct(your link) same thing, it never loads. This happens with my IPad and CPU, so I guess it has to be router related or ISP.

I'll try it with my sons CPU.

Chris

Your ISP may have a routing issue then. Fire up the command prompt (start > run > cmd Enter) and type this at the prompt:

tracert 108.168.144.156

Paste the output here.

NinjaEdit: Also, did you try visiting TheGearPage.net via hidemyass.com ?

Doesn't work for me since I got banned.

I've been banned 3 times over there but I go back because of the classifieds.

Dentists & Lawyers that make 300K need a way to spend time 9 to 5 M thru F, it's called TGP.
:D

Dentists make 300K a year? Give me a chisel and a hammer I'll fill your cavitiy for 200K.

lotsa corksniffery over there. I peruse occasionally to look through gear but it's always a little to bougie for me.

Yeah, I have the same problem too. I can't connect to The Gear Page .net anymore.

I want to contact the admins but I can't get their e-mails, since it's on the website and I can't access it.

It works when using TOR Browser. It doesn't solve the problem though... I still can't use normal browsers

TOR routes through a different path than what your ISP is using. It appears a few ISP's have peering issues still with the hosting infrastructure where TGP lives.

Exactly, that's why I tried TOR. But I don't know why it just stopped working on a random day. I have had the same ISP for 3 years now and it was working fine before. Strange.

Maybe someone made a bad BGP push? Maybe a peering contract ran out? Could be any number of issues. At any rate, call ISP and complain that TGP's IP address isn't accessible to you anymore. Explain up front this is a traffic routing issue on their end and you'll need to talk to someone higher up in support than the script monkeys that make you reboot your modem.

Who's your ISP btw?

Try using a free proxy... That may work, who knows...
