I get that, but probably along the same level as one of us suggesting a squier and a frontman amp to a seasoned player if that makes sense.
Really liking the idea of a cool hunting trip though, but something not so much shooting from a box or whatever they're called or staying at a lodge.

I don't even know. Have been so spaced out this year so far and bouncing around from one project to the next and not sure if he's said anything. Usually I pick up on his hints and whatnot, but if there have been any they've gone over my head. I really want to do something special for him because he's buying me a new Landcruiser for my Birthday in a couple of weeks and so far am just drawing mental blanks. Figured y'all would have some good ideas to get me thinking. Really believe the best thing would be some kinda adventure for him and our son to do together more than anything because our baby boy is going to leave the nest soon.

That's a pretty cool idea. He's Swedish, but has no real ties to family as he was in foster care his entire childhood. He has some siblings that he found out about around 20 years ago, but they're kinda bums (not the homeless kind the other kind.) That might actually be something that would interest him though. Wouldn't mind doing that myself either, both of my Grandfathers are Scandinavian, as well. Probably the only reason I'm not short :ROFLMAO:

We have hundreds of miles of trails right out of our backyard. Pretty cool area.

He works really hard for his family and doesn't really need to. Besides, I won't be young and pretty forever, so have to earn my keep somehow :ROFLMAO:
Liking the idea of a trip/adventure of some sort and feel like a change of scenery would be good for his soul. We had a long vacation over the winter that kinda sucked because it rained the entire time while I mostly bitched about it, so it would be cool for him to experience something different.

We have been married almost 24 years and have 3 kids. Maybe she loves me maybe she doesnt. Lol. I just buy more guitars and let her whine about it. But i make myself happy lol

Can you tell us more about what he likes?
