Skirt steak sliced thin against the grain & brushed with teriaki.
Then seared under a flame broiler till the edges start to burn.
Awesome finger food munchie.

I've been on a bit of a pasta kick lately, and the Shrimp Scampi Linguine recipe has been my go-to. It's super easy to make and tastes amazing.

This is an old pic but it is what I'm doing today. Cooking salmon for the extended family on the Weber w apple chips. It is what's left of the salmon we caught in Puget Sound last June. :yes:
